EXPOSUR3-INC., LLC serves youth from elementary to college ages, by providing mentoring services that assist youth with discovering their strengths, monetizing their passions, and much more. Our evidenced-based, mentoring activities and practices focus on character development, education attainment, and career exploration. From life skills coaching to financial advising workshops- we help youth gain the knowledge and skills necessary for healthy transitions. With a growth mindset approach to learning, EXPOSUR3-INC. provides quality and professional mentoring to support the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
From the birth of her passion until now, our founder and CEO has 21 years of mentoring experience. Since the age of twelve, Coach Cortney has tutored and mentored hundreds of individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Impacting lives is at the heart of EXPOSURE, INC. and seeking to help youth find their purpose in life is our commitment.

Eight Dimensions of Wellness
EXPOSUR3-INC. is dedicated to developing the "whole" person. The eight dimensions of wellness is a wellness framework we use to assess the overall health of a person. From the physical to the spiritual, we are committed to helping youth become a better version of themselves.
life skills coaching
Mentors believe mentees learn best when given a chance to not only learn and practice skills necessary for functioning day to day, but by giving them an opportunity to teach others. If a mentee is exceptional at a specific skill, we connect mentees with opportunities to further develop the skill and train others. We expose youth to opportunities to acquire transferable, employable skills.
Character development
Mentors and mentees of EXPOSUR3-INC. are responsible for knowing and adhering to the core values of our organization. The acronym Q.U.E.E.N.S stands for quality, unity, education, exposure, networking, and service. The staff of QMG pledges to be a role model and example of someone who is worth emulating.
passion/career exploration
EXPOSUR3, INC. is committed to helping every young person turn their hobbies, passions, and interests into money-making opportunities. With opportunities for college tours and networking with professionals in a variety of fields, we want to help youth develop a vision for their future and connect them to people who can help make their dreams become a reality.
Coping Skills
EXPOSUR3-INC. assists youth with developing the tools and skills necessary to deal with both positive and negative situations. With an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques, mentees will engage in activities rooted in evidence-based practices.
service to self and others
We believe that one has to take care of self before having the time or energy to provide care for others. Mentors at EXPOSUR3, INC. are committed to self-care and helping mentees find ways to take care of themselves. We believe self-care is directly connected to self-esteem. While working on building self-confidence, we do not want to forget about others. We must be poured into before we can pour out to others!
