Depending on the location, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our staff keep detailed logs of the time they spend traveling, goals we are working to accomplish with mentees, and updates on progression made toward goals. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a mentor-mentee relationship or session. We only work for as long as requested by state agencies and parents or guardians, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Mentoring rates fall between $30-$150 per hour, not including traveling expenses.
