Mission
EXPOSUR3-INC. is a mentoring organization which seeks to positively influence youth through activity-based coaching and mentorship.
All of our activities are rooted in STEM and The Arts. Our evidenced-based activities and practices focus on character development, education attainment, and career exploration.
Vision
Our desire is to see our mentees foster relationships with positive role models and to explore the impact of positive choices. As service providers committed to quality of character, unity amongst our staff and participants, furthering our education, exposing ourselves to new opportunities, networking, and dedicating time to serve ourselves and others, we hope to reproduce the same principles into the lives of the mentees we seek to positively impact.

From options to opportunities, we expose youth to a myriad of identity and skill-building activities that if utilized effectively and willingly, could turn in opportunities that lead to holistic development and healthy transitions. From mental to financial wellness- we seek to serve the welfare of each young person.

Helping youth make meaning of self, the people, places, and things around them which impact their worldview and daily decisions is key to our mission and vision.
We believe individuals will go places and meet people they will impact and be impacted by. We are committed to working with your child so they will be positioned to impact others in a positive manner.
We envision a cycle of youth positively impacting others through coaching and mentorship. The principle, “Each one, teach one. Each one, reach one.” is at the core of who we are!
Helping to develop others to be active participants in the larger society is important to our mission.
We hope to consult and collaborate with other individuals and organizations to expand our services globally.

Our method and approach
Method:
Our method of influence is primarily through a one-on-one, mentor-mentee, coaching relationship. The measure of impact and effectiveness of services provided is largely dependent upon the willingness of the individual to engage in the relationship and opportunities designed for their plan of growth and development.
By taking a one-on-one coaching and group mentoring, activities-based approach, capitalizing on the strengths of the mentees and simultaneously increasing their awareness of the lasting impact of their choices, EXPOSUR3-INC. fosters healthy coping and life skills. EXPOSUR3-INC. is committed to partnering with any individual, family, church, youth group, women’s group/ministry, athletic/sports team, or organization that knows a young person who could benefit from a relationship with a positive Care Coach.
Through identity, education, and career exploration activities, EXPOSUR3-INC. engages mentees in discovering their strengths and passions through skill development activities, while creating and connecting them to resources and opportunities to monetize their passions and talents. Passion to skill development is at the heart of EXPOSURE-INC.! We want youth to be employable, even self-employed if they hope, someday!
EXPOSUR3-INC. coaches and mentors each young person to network and build relationships with peers, classmates, community members, business owners, and others, in order to give them a vision of what THEY COULD DO WITH THEIR LIVES. Representation matters!

The measure of impact and effectiveness of services can be determined by, but not limited to, the following:
Increase in attending sessions with coach/mentor
Increase in school and classroom attendance
Increase in completing homework and other assigned tasks (in the home, school, and/or community)
Increased engagement in healthy, helpful and positive, extracurricular activities at home, in school, and in the community
Resume building experiences
Applying for jobs
Job placement
Decrease in negative choices that lead to destructive behaviors and consequences
Decrease in number of disciplinary sanctions
Furthering education through vocational, college-prep, or career-prep opportunities
Willingness to work with others in their positive circle of support (family, friends, teachers/school personnel, probation officer, therapist, mental health counselor, etc) to ensure their overall health and well-being.
